Know Your Customer Policy

Know your customer policies have recently become increasingly important worldwide, especially among banks and other financial institutions, to prevent identity theft, money laundering, financial fraud and terrorist activity.

Granan Trade has a zero-tolerance fraud policy and takes every precaution to prevent it. Any fraudulent activity will be documented and all related accounts will be closed immediately. All balances in these accounts will be lost.

Granan Trade uses a variety of security measures and fraud checks to ensure the integrity of any sensitive data it receives, such as your account information and your transactions.

When you make a deposit, we will request the following documents:

  • - A copy of your current ID ,
  • - Photocopies of your credit cards or debit cards used for depositing (with the front side showing only the last 4 digits, CVV off the back)
  • - The latest electricity / water / natural gas etc. organized on your behalf and address. bill
  • - A signed purchase history of your online transactions
  • - Filled and signed copy of the mailorder or transfer form.

How do I send these documents to you?

You can scan your documents or take photos. Depending on the funding type you make, you can reach the TRANSFER FORM or MAIL ORDER form.
